This CQI/IRCA certified PT202: Managing Process Performance course will provide practical skills development in the management of process operation and performance. Upon completion of the course, delegates will have the capability to lead teams in the development of their management processes and be able to develop a set of performance measures that indicate how well operational processes meet customer and stakeholder requirements.

Description
On completion, delegates will gain the following knowledge and skills.
Delegates will have the knowledge to:
- Develop a balanced set of measures of performance against customer/stakeholder requirements and related process measures.
- Ensure that measures are analysed to provide appropriate input of or fact-based decision making and improvement.
- Define measures of process performance that reflect an understanding of specific key requirements of customers and stakeholders, including compliance requirements.
- Extend performance measures to the supply chain.
Delegates will have the skills to:
- Deploy tools to minimise risk in a process.
- Define a set of performance measures that reflect the flow down of customer and stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure that measures of performance are displayed and available to enable effective audit of performance.
- Ensure that there is a balanced set of process performance measures, which will provide an indication of changes in performance.

Requirements
We recommend completing Introduction to Process Design. Also students will need to have a basic understanding of mathematics to be able to calculate; mean and standard deviation.
